Privacy policy

The personal information privacy policy (hereinafter — the Policy) shall apply to all information about the User that may be received by the Sluzhba Banko LLC and/or its affiliates, including all persons belonging to the Sluzhba Banko LLC group (hereinafter — Banko), during the use of any the websites, online services, programs, products or services (hereinafter — the Services, the Banko's Services) and during the execution of any agreements and contracts concluded with the User. The User's consent to the terms of the Policy expressed by him/her within the framework of relations with one of the listed persons shall apply to all other listed persons. The use of the Banko's Services means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy's terms and the conditions of processing of his/her personal information specified in herein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User shall refrain from using the Services.

1. The users' personal information processed by the Banko

1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, the User's personal information means:

1.1.1. Personal information, including personal data, which the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services. The information required for the provision of the Services is marked in a special way. Other information can be provided by the User at his discretion.

1.1.2. The data that is automatically transferred to the Banko's Services during its use by means of software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program that allows access to the Services), technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

1.1.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided by the terms of use of the Banko's other Services.

1.2. This Policy shall apply only to information processed in the course of using the Banko's Services. The Banko shall not control and shall not be responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites, which the User can visit following the links available on the Banko's websites.

1.3. The Banko shall not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and shall not have ability to assess his/her legal capacity. However, the Banko assumes that the user has provided reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in the Banko's services User agreement

2. Purposes of processing the Users' personal information



2.1. The Banko shall collect and store only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except cases when the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information within the period specified by law.



2.2. The Banko shall process the Users' personal information for the following purposes:



2.2.1. Identification of the party within the Services, agreements and contracts with the Bank;



2.2.2. Provision of personalized Services to the User and execution of agreements and contracts;



2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of the Services, execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing the requests from the User;



2.2.4. Improving the quality of Services, ease of use, development of new Services;



2.2.5. Targeting of advertising materials;



2.2.6. Carrying out statistical and other researches based on depersonalized data.



3. The terms of the Users' personal information processing of and its transfer to third parties



3.1. Banko shall store the Users' personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of the specific Services.



3.2. In respect of the User's personal information, it will be kept confidential, except situations when the Users enter information about themselves for public access. When using certain Services, the User agrees that the information that the User provide about him/her upon registration shall become public.



3.3. The Banko has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:



3.3.1. The User has agreed to such actions;



3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User's use of the relevant Service or for the execution of the relevant agreement or contract with the User;



3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the procedure established by the legislation;





3.3.4. Such transfer takes place as a part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part). Herewith all the obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by the purchaser shall be transferred to him;



3.3.5. In order to ensure the ability to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Banko or third parties in cases where the User violates the Banko's services User agreement http://ITIF-forum.ru/2018/agreement , this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of specific Services.



3.3.6. As a result of processing of the User's personal information by its depersonalization, a depersonalized statistical data has been received. It will be transferred to a third party for research, work performance or services rendering on behalf of the Banko.



3.4. When processing the Users personal data the Banko shall be guided by the Federal law On personal data, No. 152-FZ d/d 27.07.2006.



4. Change and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage



4.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the provided personal information or part of it, using the function of editing personal data in the Personal Account or in the personal section of the relevant Service.



4.2. The User can also delete his/her personal information within the framework of a certain account, using the "Delete account" function in the "Personal account" section. In this case, the deletion of the account may result in the inability to use some of the Banko's Services.



4.3. The rights provided buy the subparagraphs 4.1. and 4.2. hereof, may be limited in accordance with legal requirements. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of the Banko to keep the information changed or deleted by the User for the period established by the legislation and to transfer such information to a state body in accordance with the legally established procedure.



5. Processing of personal information using Cookies and counters



5.1. The Cookies provided to the Banko to the User's hardware and by the User's hardware to the Banko, can be used by the Banko to provide personalized Services to the User, as well as to arrange target advertising, which is displayed to the User for statistical and research purposes. It is also aimed at improving the Banko's Services.



5.2. The User is aware that the hardware and software used by him/her for visiting some websites may have the function of prohibiting operations with Cookies (for any websites or for certain websites), as well as of deleting previously received cookies.



5.3. The Banko shall be entitled to establish that the provision of certain Services is possible only if the acceptance and receipt of Cookies is allowed by the User.



5.4. The structure of the Cookie, its content and technical parameters shall be determined by the Banko and may be changed without prior notice to the User.



5.5. Counters placed by the Banko at the Services can be used to analyze the user's Cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, as well as to ensure the operating capacity of the Services in general or their individual functions in particular. The technical parameters of the counters shall be determined by the Banko and may be a subject to change without prior notice to the User.



6. Measures taken to protect the User's personal information



6.1. The Banko undertakes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.



7. Changes to this Privacy Policy. Applicable law



7.1. The Banko shall have a right to amend this privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force upon its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version hereof. The current version is constantly available on the page at http://ITIF-forum.ru/confidential/.



7.2. This Policy and the relations between the User and the Banko arising from the application of the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
